The hotel was very close to the theme park we wanted to visit, which made transportation very easy. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, which was a relief. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the fact that they provided free shampoo and conditioner.
Our experience at this hotel was not great. The staff forgot to give us back our passports and we freaked out when we couldn't find them the next morning.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during Chinese New Year. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they spoke good English. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the Hefei Wanda Theme Park. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and was delicious.
It was all superb.

There were some issues with the service at the downstairs lounge bar, which resulted in long waiting times for drinks and incorrect orders.

the exclusive amenities provided here were top-notch and fulfilled all our needs. the swimming pool was an absolute delight, and the private facilities were incredibly comfortable.
We faced some inconvenience when the staff forgot to return our passports, which left us quite unnerved the next day.

I had a great weekend stay at this luxurious hotel close to the popular Hefei Wanda Theme Park. the staff were helpful and spoke good English, which made communication easy. the hotel's proximity to the theme park was a key advantage, as it allowed us to easily enjoy all the attractions without worrying about long travel times. the hotel provided a nice touch by upgrading our room to a higher level, offering a beautiful view of the lake.
the service at the downstairs lounge bar was quite disappointing.
